Meet Nichole Caswell, MSW, RSW

Clinical Social Worker | Founder | Workplace Mental Health Educator

Changing Tides Consulting is led by Nichole Caswell, a clinical social worker and founder of Changing Tides Counselling, a multidisciplinary counselling practice supporting individuals, families, and organizations across Ontario.

With a background in children’s mental health, trauma informed care, leadership, clinical supervision, and organizational development, Nichole brings both clinical expertise and real-world leadership experience to workplace wellness consulting.

As the owner and clinical director of a growing multidisciplinary practice, Nichole understands the realities organizations face, including burnout, emotional fatigue, communication challenges, retention concerns, leadership pressure, and the increasing complexity of supporting people well.

Her approach is practical, relational, trauma informed, and grounded in strategies organizations can realistically implement.
