Hi! My name is Dawn Branigan Craig (she/her) and I am a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) with the college of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I’m also a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers. I hold a Master of Social Work degree from State University of New York at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology.

I’ve been a practicing Social Worker for 23 years. My work experience has primarily involved individual and couples counselling as well as some group work. I’ve spent 15 years in my early career working for social service agencies to provide counselling for those underserved. I’ve had 9 years experience in private practice working with clients as they struggle with depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, parenting skills, aging and health concerns.

Relationships take time, effort, and cooperation. I’m committed to providing couples with the tools that are necessary to make their relationship work. The foundation of my practice is client-centred and relational. I firmly believe that for therapy to be most effective, a relationship must be established between the client and counsellor. With that trust, we can begin to unravel the knots that keep you from living your best life.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, playing with my chocolate lab, cooking and crafting.
